At Damiir, we strive to deliver your premium notebooks and planners as quickly and safely as possible. We offer reliable door-to-door domestic express delivery for all our customers.

Shipping Rates

Our shipping rates are calculated based on your location:

1. Cairo & Giza: 70 EGP
2. Alexandria: 75 EGP
3. Canal & Delta (including Port Said, Ismailia, Suez, Dakahlia, Gharbiya, Sharqiya, etc.): 80 EGP
4. Central Egypt (Fayoum, Beni Suef, Miniya, Assiut, Sohag): 85 EGP
5. Upper Egypt (Qena, Luxor, Aswan): 90 EGP
6. Tourist & Coastal Areas (Sinai, North Coast, Matrouh, Red Sea, Marsa Alam, etc.): 150 EGP

Processing & Delivery Time

1. All orders are carefully packed and processed within 1-2 business days.
2. Delivery typically takes 2-4 business days, depending on your exact region.

Payment Options

For your convenience, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across all supported areas.

Unsuccessful Deliveries

1. Our shipping partner will make up to 3 delivery attempts to reach you. Please ensure the phone number provided is correct and reachable.
2. If an order is unreceived or refused after 3 attempts, shipping fees are still incurred by our store. To maintain our premium service, future orders from accounts with unreceived packages may require online prepayment.
